in corporate training, consulting, and mediation. Our firm develops
custom courses and materials for businesses and is headquartered in
Southern California. We travel to business sites within the USA to
conduct onsite or offsite training, and we'll design custom courses
to meet the needs of our clients. Our standard training courses and
materials have been professionally prepared in all areas of our expertise
and are presently available.

Nikki
G. Gralnick, J.D., M.P.A. is the founder and Director of Business
Behavior Development Company. She has several years of experience
as a Corporate Trainer, Business Consultant, Mediator, and University
Instructor. Her expertise is in the areas of business and employment
law, leadership theory, management applications, marketing, and human
resources management.
She
is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix and University
of Redlands in Southern California. As an adjunct, Dr. Gralnick teaches
both Undergraduate and Graduate level courses to adult learners and
professionals.
Dr. Gralnick
has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCLA, a Master of Public Administration
Degree from California State University, Long Beach, and a Doctorate
of Jurisprudence from Ventura College of Law. She is certified by
the California Dispute Resolutions Program Act as a professional mediator,
and has a Lifetime California Community College Teaching Credential
in the areas of Administration and Public Services. Dr. Gralnick trains
diverse groups of corporate and government executives who represent
a multitude of organizations.
